Had a uhaul reservation, showed up to an "open" sign and a locked door during business hours. Called multiple times and there was no answer
Rented a UHaul truck. Pickup process was horrible. Website wouldn't work, had to call someone who had just as hard a time as I did getting the info he needed. Thank goodness he was available or we would have traveled 200+ miles for nothing.
