I have had emergencies on more than one occasion that your valet has solved for me with record time and professionalism. They have always been very friendly to me.
I had a great experience using Your Valet. They were friendly and removed the stains on my suit and I picked it up the next day.
BUYER BEWARE! THEY MELTED TWO EXPENSIVE DRESSES AND THEN OFFERED $100 CREDIT AT THEIR STORE WHEN I SHOWED THEM THE DRESSES. THAT WAS 3 MONTHS AGO. I DIDN'T WANT A CREDIT SINCE I WAS FURIOUS THAT THEY MELTED THE DRESSES SO THEY SAID IF I GAVE THEM THE RECEIPTS, THEY WOULD REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE.
