I'd like to take a minute here to thank Gregory Davis at Your Trike Spirit for his help. You won't find a nicer guy to buy recumbents and gear from. I started writing to people looking for a used trike. I'm a disabled vet living on my payments, so used was all I could afford. He GAVE me a TerraTrike Rambler! It was a 10 hour drive from Plattsburgh, through NYC, down to Long Island, and back. My son and I had a wonderful time. If you are looking for a trike on Long Island, Greg is the man to see. I had never ridden a trike when I first arrived at the shop. By the time I left, I had tried 4. I even came back with my wife and Greg let us both test ride different trikes for a couple of hours.
I guess it comes down to "don't believe everything you read on the internet". I was foolish to think that the positive reviews for this Greg person were real and that he'd be honest & helpful. A string of lies, I can't tell you how long, which kept me endlessly holding on waiting for him because I foolishly put my trust in him and what he was telling me only to shockingly find out in the end that he would not be able to come through with anything that was promised to me since day one.
