I was not pleased with the customer service. The person taking xrays did not appear to know what she was doing. I sat in the room for long periods of time with the dentist just looking in my moth for 2 seconds then leaving without explanation. I then sat in the room for several more minutes only to be presented with an expensive treatment plan. I did not care for this dentist office.
I went to cove total dental for an extraction back in May 14 of this year, 2025 at 2pm. The entire process was a nightmare. Before the appointment I had to call my insurance company on a three way call so they could explain to CTD receptionist how to use my dental insurance. On the day of my appointment check in was simple enough, but the dental assistant doing my X-rays was very rude. It was the most painful dental X-rays I’ve ever had in my 48 years. I give this dental office 5 stars they do excellent work I had crowns and a tooth pulled and a bridge, Great work I recommend any one that needs great work done on there teeth My name is Mr Small and again Im a permanent client now .
The staff is super friendly! The office is clean. I have been going there for awhile now with little to no issues. I had a cleaning last week and wasn’t completely satisfied. They had DA students learning which wasn’t a problem for me doing X-rays but then the STUDENT flossed and polished my teeth and I had to explain to them not to rest the hand piece on my lower teeth.
