I called on Monday this week, didn’t get a callback until Thursday when they tell me that is the last day of the $1 down and three months free deal. I didn’t even know it was going on but why would you try to pressure me to take the deal without me seeing the gym? I feel as though you should phone that if we are coming the next day, especially because I called twice this week. I already heard bad things about this place but now I know they are true. These people are shady. First of all they moved the location of their gym at Chesapeake Square and did not notify members. After have a membership for 10 years I attempted to put a stop payment at my bank on them since I had no idea where they moved to. They apparently use several different accounts to pull money from. Then I found them and called the phone number on the door and left a voicemail but did not indicate what I wanted. I would leave zero out of five stars if it was possible. The owner of this gym has been the hardest person to deal with when signing up he said I could cancel if I got new orders for all the military people out there. Upon getting new orders I’ve tried to reach out to the owner multiple multiple multiple times And he avoids every single phone call to keep my membership going.
