Very poor customer service over the phone. The lady I spoke to yesterday was rude and patronising. I suggest the staff who answered the phone be provided with more training in customer services. Not impressed! Also the website mentions Free onsite Quote however they do charge for the quote.
Would not waste my time with this company at all. Very misleading information. I had an initial phone consult where I told them I was looking at “The Ashburton” renovation on their page and my budget. They proceeded to book in the consultation. When I had the consult, I told them that I would be carrying out demolition, plastering and painting myself. For a small ensuite with a single shower, toilet and small vanity, it came in at twice the price of what it says on their website for a full bathroom with double shower, freest... read more
