Very helpful & knowledgeable. Quick response with simple solutions first up. They helped me get my phone charging sorted by cleaning out accumulated dust in the charging port and didn’t charge me for that. Also helped with difficult to turn off laptop, again didn’t charge. They are pleasant even when I ask a basic question which I’m sure they get plenty of.

My grandson had broken the charger whilst in his ipad....it had snapped off ...took it to Tech hub and the staff were so friendly and helpful, able to get out the broken piece in seconds!! Thanks for your great service....would recommend to anyone needing help.....

My phone decided to surf on its own and was working but wouldn't charge. I took it to the Hub and had amazing service from Catherine who went over and above to try to help me. She downloaded all my photos to a usb so I wouldn't lose them when the phone died. She also gave detailed instructions on how to download my data from the cloud to a new phone. I cannot recommend the Hub, and in particular Catherine, highly enough.
