Everyone at this firm has always treated me nicely and with respect. I was late getting all my necessary information to file my return and therefore needed to file an extension. They took care of this and that helped me a lot since I am in a wheelchair most of the time. Awful communication. Delivered our stuff late. Told us they were open when they were closed. And then charged $10 additional to mail the return to us. Find someone else to do your taxes.
