Due to moving and caretaking I have multiple states, years and W-2s plus the start of my business here in Colorado. Everyone at this firm has always treated me nicely and with respect. I was late getting all my necessary information to file my return and therefore needed to file an extension. They took care of this and that helped me a lot since I am in a wheelchair most of the time.
