Yaileen was very informative and helpful. The process was quick and easy. The storage unit was very clean and access to the unit is very easy.
Very welcoming and professional.
Every month they raise your rate, then when you call they have no idea who owns the company or why the rate is taken out. Went from $36 month to $66 a month then they took out $86 with out any reason. I want to know who owns this company. I want them to stop taking my money like this
