I've been renting here since the place opened a few years ago. It was originally built and owned by another company. It USE to be ran very well, kept very clean and well maintained. Now, Public Storage bought it and they are AWFUL. My unit is under AC and I pay extra for that. The AC was broken in this place for over 6 months. I let the front desk know, they said they couldn't do anything. I called and emailed the district manager, he didn't do anything. I emailed whoever is above him, got no response. Tara was very nice & efficient when I talked to her. It’s a clean & very well managed facility that I’m glad to use, it’s better than some of the other places around Clermont

I rented at the wrong public storage location, so i had to transfer to the one on CR455. Tara was a huge help and the property is great. Its clean and like new.
