Your Smile Orthodontics has been awesome over the past 4 years. My son was born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate and needed a lot of work to get his teeth aligned. Dr. Gross and all of his staff were great and so nice. They really have become like family! We are so thankful for all of their hard work and for giving our son a beautiful and confident smile!
I am a patient of Dr. Gross he seemed like a awesome orthodontist and a decent place I had 0 complaints, of course until now. I was paying every month on time as we should but what dont feel right to me is that I requested to have my payments placed on hold because I was traveling so I wasn’t seeing them but planned to return to their office so they agreed to place my payments on hold and reassured me I would be welcomed back no issues and my payments would start back as per usual. This place is incredible!!!! I had tears of joy when I was about to leave. Maria, the consultant, was so caring and concerned about how we could make the particulars work for our family. She was even getting emotional. Very family- friendly and real. No haughty or uppety view of themselves, expecting you to jump through hoops financially to be able to get braces on your children. I could go on and on, but your search ends here.

It was the greatest experience my 4 kids ever had at this orthodontist office , the staff is super nice and professional, I highly recommend them.
