I first came across Lindsey when my LB was 4.5 months - in the thick of a sleep regression and I was so desperate for a full night's sleep. I jumped on one of her free zoom calls all about sleep/regressions. I made a few tweaks to his routine to support him and he started sleeping again (yay). Without a doubt invaluable no other words Our little boy went through his first sleep regression awfully and we didn’t have a clue as first time parents. She talked us through everything and sent us her regression booklet which is fantastic, it’s goes through why they have regressions, what they mean and how to combat them and actually having this info made us feel less scared of them, we used techniques to help him through the regression and was the best thing we did as he sleeps the guts of 12 hours a night now. Lindsey has changed so much of our life thanks to her willingness to work with us and our little Girl Laya, So many months no sleep had been turned around in a matter of days, we are forever greatful for the continued support and being on hand to answer silly questions and also giving us the confidence that things can change. I have a 7 month old who is the best wee man but at night had multiple night wakenings. I could of been up 8 times a night since he was 3 months old with 9:30pm bedtimes. I was running on empty and I had tried everything. My friend seen a story on Instagram saying how lindsey had changed her life so I got in contact.
