Worst transportation there is. Have made me wait for over a hour with two kids multiple times after being told how many passengers but still sent vehicles that didn’t fit. Have used them at least 10 times and has a problem with them every single time. Avoid if possible
I’ve always had really good service from this company. They have always been reliable, get me to appointments on time or early, they don’t make me wait forever to be picked back up, the drivers are nice and caring, and the office staff is great as well. The vans are always clean.
I contacted @YourService to arrange transport for my husband to be at our daughter's wedding. The scheduler was very accommodating, friendly & assuring. This made me feel good after contacting a different company whose website specifically stated they even do out of state transport, but refused my request. I needed Friday afternoon transport from Clive, IA to Homestead, IA, time to be at the wedding, then transport back again. I requested 1pm pickup, and confirmed on Tuesday.
