Tho' most of the drivers are great, the vehicles suck. At least two of them have expired tags and AC that does not work (not good with the heat advisories we've been having).
Terrible never contacted me with a pu time. Claims driver came and called me no answer. I had no calls or missed calls or voice mails. When I called the office with still 25 minutes to get to my afternoon appointment just 8 miles from my apartment. The lady on the phone told me he was already gone and they canceled my ride completely. She was very rude didn't care about me having to miss a medical appointment because of them. Amazing company! We are located in an area where we have few non-emergency medical transport companies and @ your service stand out above the others! They are reliable and easy to work with, often times helping us out when other ones cannot. Highly recommend!

This is absolutely the worst transportation company I’ve ever encountered. The driver that picked me and my baby up was a terrible driver and hardly paid attention to the road which I wasn’t going to make a big deal out of at first. when my appointment was over I called multiple times and nobody answered the phone and ended up having to walk home with my baby while pregnant in 90 degree weather, They called me back 5 hours later…
