This is absolutely the worst transportation company I’ve ever encountered. The driver that picked me and my baby up was a terrible driver and hardly paid attention to the road which I wasn’t going to make a big deal out of at first. when my appointment was over I called multiple times and nobody answered the phone and ended up having to walk home with my baby while pregnant in 90 degree weather, They called me back 5 hours later…

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE . Automated system said pick up time for my patient was 7:55am. No one showed up! Then customer service was RUDE and hung up on me. What if that was your family member trying to get to an important hospital appointment.. this is how you treat people?! Do better. All of you.
