If there was a way to give 10 stars for Amanda I would! We hired Amanda and her team to do a deep clean of the new house my in laws are moving into. It was urgent that we got someone over there Monday prior to unloading the moving truck, my in laws were going to arrive around 7:30 pm. I reached out to Amanda Monday afternoon and 2 hours later she and her team were getting it done! So grateful for Amanda and the way her and her team took care of us! Highly recommend. Great communicator and very easy to work with!
I chose Amanda to do a move out cleaning for us because of the great reviews she had. After being stood up the first scheduled appointment because she had a family issue (it happens - I fully understood), she assured me she would be there a couple days later. Incidentally our day of closing. I sent a text the night before asking her to confirm. It was ignored. The next morning at 9am, the appointed start time, she again ghosted us.
