I chose Amanda to do a move out cleaning for us because of the great reviews she had. After being stood up the first scheduled appointment because she had a family issue (it happens - I fully understood), she assured me she would be there a couple days later. Incidentally our day of closing. I sent a text the night before asking her to confirm. It was ignored. The next morning at 9am, the appointed start time, she again ghosted us.
