We had a very difficult situation with my Mother in Law needing 24/7 assistance. Toral and her team were there in our time of need. Toral was always kind and available and the caregivers went above and beyond in their care and professionalism. We would recommend them without hesitation. Special shout out to Mary Bridget, Melanie, Connor, Gavin and Loni.
After I screened several agencies, I thought Your Senior Care Choice was the perfect fit for our needs, especially since in their brochure it states “Bilingual staff available upon request” and finding that with my mom’s dementia, she responds better when spoken to in her language. I relayed what we needed and when. I was told it would be “no problem”. Christina's caregivers that worked with my mom were experienced, reliable, kind and compassionate. We were so grateful to have them! I highly recommend this agency for care needs for yourself or a loved one.
Christina has been an outstanding health care provider for my mom since 2016 and has always been there when I needed her for my mom !! All the workers she sent were very responsible, always on time and took excellent care for mom as the situation called for - Christina truly has a heart for the elderly and is interested in giving them the best care possible in the specific situation they are in - My neighbor recommended her to me 6 years ago and never disappointed !! The staff from Your Senior Care Choice treated my fiancé with utmost respect and dignity. They attended to her every need, in fact she was very happy and well cared for when they were with her. They Cooked together and were supportive and this helped her until she felt she was capable of doing things on her own.
