I went here to support local and was told on the phone when I booked my appointment for an eye exam that they do contacts. Well, after my exam, I found out they don't do the fitting at this location, and I'd have to book another appointment in the city for an additional fee. This has become an issue as now I would have to take another day off work when, anywhere else I would have gone, I would have done it all in the same day. Not happy, and now this is costing me a lot in the end with two days lost wages and additional fees... read more
Love, love, love this place. I have never had such amazing service and unique frames. If you want something different and quality lenses, this is your shop. The care and detail Delia puts into each frame making sure the lenses are perfect is so appreciated. I wouldn’t buy glasses anywhere else. She also knows how to fit a frame to any face shape. I get stopped frequently and am asked where I purchased my glasses from.
Always closed and never any help. Very disappointed in this service
