Adam and his team were Top notch, professional explaining every specific detail as I asked they did not push or to to sell anything were empathetic to our needs and made sure we felt confident in our repairs and any upgrades we inquired about. They gave us peace of mind on our rig and for future road trip trips. We really appreciated their flexible schedule and meeting us on site. That was awesome. Thank you!
Last night I was in a real bind with my motorhome slides, and I contacted rv dr, they got back to me the next morning and was able to adjust their schedule to come and have a look at my issues, Adam showed up, tools ready and got me back on the road, really appreciate the great service and honest Q/A I had, highly recommend, thanks all

June 2025. We have a custom built Tear Drop Trailer that required drawer guides replaced on our one important drawer in the back kitchen area. The guides were ordered but the new guides were of better quality and a slightly different design and fit than the originals. AJ worked on the unit originally and got the guides in but when we went to pick up we did not feel the fit was correct. Ohhhh, where do I start? Great information, no rushing, things get explaining me, etc. AJ, Caleb, Adam and the whole team are amazing and very knowledgeable. With an older m/h and being female, I had issues getting proper repairs but they made me feel like part of their family. Adam is amazing and just installed a skylight in the 5th wheel I live in…..beautiful job and I enjoyed having him around for the afternoon.
