I have ordered floral arrangements from here several times in the past but this recent Mother's Day experience was absolutely HORRIBLE. The bouquet that was delivered was half the size of what I ordered and paid for, and the box of chocolates I ordered was not what was delivered. They advertise a box of gourmet chocolates on their website but delivered a cheap package of Ghiradelli Squares to my mother and a small packet of Lindt to my sister. What a rip-off!!! We ordered an arrangement from 800-Flowers and really lucked out that it was fulfilled by this company. It looked exactly like the pictures on their website, was huge and beautifully done and they’re still looking great a week later! Very happy with this place! Great job.
If I could give no star that's what they deserve made an order for delivery paid for it specifically told them roses and to have it delivered before 5:30pm the driver was lost stopping by every store to ask if that was the address. By the time the driver arrived the store was already closed. I called the location for information the person picking up the phone absolutely rude and hung up the phone.
