I purchased flowers from here before and the first time around, the arrangement’s were beautiful. I decide to order the second time around for Valentine’s Day, because of the satisfaction from my first purchase. Was on the phone with someone for more than 30 mins and received the exact OPPPOSITE of what i requested and paid for. Overall, if you are requesting for a specific arrangement, I would recommend going in person than over the phone.

I have ordered numerous arrangements from this establishment for years and they are always AMAZING! I once ordered an arrangement that I was not pleased with and called to discuss the matter. The next day the owner delivered another arrangement personally. Second, I never order my arrangements from this shop using 1800flowers. I call them directly and have always had an great experience!
