There’s a multitude of issues with Your Psych Centre now that were not always the case. You can’t actually call directly to either location, calls are NEVER returned and I have so far left 10 messages and several emails have gone unanswered. Medical files pertaining to a minor are being withheld and not sent to the new healthcare provider which has a detrimental effect on the progress of care. Considering Your Psych Centre is meant to be the experts in mental health care for children this is beyond unacceptable.
They never and I mean never answer there phones trying to book an appointment is a nightmare on the phone and on there website just ridiculous
