The most rude person the front of desk lady,screaming on the customers.
Lady at the front is horribly rude. Passport doesn’t share same address so I add my tenants lease. Clearly she is blind trying to say the signatures don’t match, and that it could be anyone’s lease. When my name is on the package aswell as my passport. Clearly her brain isn’t working.
Highly Unprofessional, Rudest and RACIST workers. DO NOT go to this place, stay away!
The person behind the desk was horrendously RUDE and unprofessional. I needed a passport photo. She was very quick with that but didn't bother to show me the photo before moving on to print it. But the part that really bothered me was that when I asked her to print some documents for me she told me she couldn't because they were html which they weren't I proceeded to show her in my laptop but she very rudely kept making up some rubbish reason (I have a degree in Computer Science, I know the difference) why she just couldn't.... read more
