We stopped in to stock up on kombucha and water kefir after I picked up a can of the Blueberry Haskap Kombucha on a whim at a Co-op gas bar on my way to Medicine Hat. The products are delicious and have had minimal effect on my blood sugar or insulin requirements, and the owners were friendly and welcoming. We were given an enthusiastic welcome and enjoyed getting to pick out and sample flavours that were new to us. Wow, what a find. So many great flavors of kombucha and water kefir. The friendly people who own this business are happy to answer any questions and give samples. It was hard to decide between all the great choices.
