Terrible customer service. Owner is very passive aggressive. Owner did not advise of us an issue with our pool at the time it was identified, he waited until over a month to tell us. We asked for the service fee to be waived due to his negligence and he became very aggressive with us. Very unfortunate that true colors come out over time.
We are so grateful for the exceptional service provided by The Pool Chemist. Our pool had become a rather alarming shade of black during an extended absence, and we were quite concerned. Their expertise and effective solutions transformed it back to its pristine, inviting state. We truly appreciate their prompt response and the remarkable results. It's a relief to have our beautiful pool looking its best again, thanks to their help.
Katie is amazing: helpful, knowledgeable, and thoughtful.
Extreme road rage, they cut off multiple people and were easily going 20mph over the limit.
