I placed my online order at 7:00 pm, with an estimated pickup time of 7:17 pm. I had two takeout orders. I arrived at the store at 7:35 pm and was told the food “was in the oven.” But 15 minutes later, another employee asked what I was waiting for—only to find out that my orders hadn’t even been started. Absolutely outstanding service and delicious food!!!! I can't say enough great things about our visit! From the moment we walked in, even though the place was packed, the staff handled everything with such calm professionalism. Only ‘Your Pie’ location that I can honestly say I didn’t enjoy. Every other location has given generous amount of toppings, and cooked the pizza to perfection. This location didn’t put out parmesan or crushed red pepper for customers, we weren’t given a number for our table, my pizza was mostly crust despite asking for more toppings and burned to a crisp. Another pizza at the table prepared by a different staff member was amazing. Hit or miss here…
Waited 7 months since my burnt pizza from them. This time I ordered the new peach prosciutto pie. Absolutely 100% disappointed. No basil and no balsamic drizzle! I looked over my order and I didn’t ask for that to be left off. Each slice has literally one thin sliver of peach! This place is awful and CHEAP. I’m done giving them chances. I do not recommend this place.
