Sir Bites-A-Lot here! The pizza at this spot is undeniably good and tastes incredibly fresh. My only issue? The guy with the glasses at the front. He’s got great dough-tossing skills but absolutely zero customer communication skills. He was super stand-offish taking orders. We were standing in line and there were 12 people ahead of us. A bit long, but we decided to wait it out. When we finally got to the front, we were the last two people in line. The person preparing crusts left and came back with four to-go order tickets and started making them without acknowledging us. He started having personal with the other 4 employees behind the counter. No one acknowledged us. After about four minutes I finally asked if he was going to acknowledge us. To go orders are the priory here. Don’t waste your time waiting in line. 4 to go orders were made ahead of the in person line. Employees were hanging out, not acknowledging the line. When asked for a leader, the guy making the pies said he was and he told us to get out. A simple acknowledgment and a “I’ll be right with you” would have gone a long way after waiting 20 minutes in line. Super bummed. This was our go to pizza place weekly. Definitely will not be back after this experience.
