Called them and asked about bat removal. they said no one is servicing the Great Falls area and hung up.

Had the technician come out - very nice guy and he took the time to clearly explain everything to me. Very happy with them!

We had rats in our attic and we occasionally saw roaches/ants. Ranger did a thorough check for where the rats were getting in, closed all of those entrances, and they left 10 traps; plus they sprayed for insects. Reasonably priced, did the work on time, and 4 weeks later we haven't heard rats or seen other pests.

This was a great customer service experience the whole way through. Person who answered my first call was very professional and was able to set me up for the next day. The technician, was really great. Turned out to be some wood rot rather than termites, and he was very patient to explain what would be indicators if termites were to develop. It would have been very easy pass off having to do some type of treatment, so I really appreciate his honesty. He is also really pleasant and patient. I recommend them highly.
