I hired a contractor that did the job but needed a permit so I had them hire Frenchy Roy to get the permit Now after almost one year, we still DO NOT have a permit.That's correct! still NO permit! Roy would say he was out of town or he would tell the contractor he was traveling, Roy has a complete lack of communiaction skills and if I did finally get a hold of him he would be nasty and rude Or he would be vague.The result is NO permit. I have never worked with such an unprofessional service. I was referred to Frenchy Roy by a contractor to help me get a driveway permit. In the beginning, Frenchy was engaged and had me sign all the necessary paperwork to get it started. However, once the reviewers got back with some questions, he decided to drop the ball.
