Do not hire this caterer, unless you would like your party perfectly ruined. The food you get is not a good value for the money, and she will nitpick every little item you need. At our event we ordered something with gravy, but she didn't bring the gravy because we didn't order a bowl to put it in. She talked loudly while the best man was giving a speech at the reception, and then ordered guests and venue staff around to pick up her equipment while she sat and did nothing.
