Kimberley’s one day winter yoga retreat came at the perfect time- it was as warm as a cosy fire and as nourishing as a bowl of hot soup! All the care and love that I have come to adore about Kimberley’s classes was poured in so expertly by her. She created a day that was so nurturing and a lovely reminder to go slow and sit in the stillness that is Winter. Xx
In my private on line sessions Kimberley has quickly gained an understanding of my individual physical limitations (due to polio) and creates tailored yoga sessions which are centering, empowering and therapeutic in so many ways. A very gifted teacher!
I recently attended a 2 hour Restorative Yoga session with Kimberley. It was such a lovely afternoon that left me feeling fantastic.
Yesterday I experienced one of Kimberley’s yoga/sound healing workshops to welcome in the change of season. Such a beautiful experience. I feel refreshed and grounded coming into Autumn. We did breathing exercises - yin yoga - sound healing - journaling and meditation. Such a nurturing thing to give to yourself. Highly recommend booking in with Kimberley.
