RecommendedWe used to drive 13 miles to see Dr. Franklin and now that her office has moved to Magnolia Shopping Center we are only ten minutes away. Her staff is friendly. She has worked on our Schnauzers for years and really knows Schnauzers.
Dr Franklin has cared for our small dachshund for 17 years. Her immediate emergency attention to Charlie at 8 years old when his back went out saved his life and has given him 9 more years of active healthy life. Dr Franklin is our Charlie’s fairy godmother and we love her. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
If I could give Dr Franklin zero stars and a smack in the face i would. She wrongfully terminated my mother for a mistake she herself made and proceeded to insult my mother's intelligence in front of other coworkers. Dr. FRANKLIN TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR HER ACTIONS AND AS A RESULT, MY MOTHER WILL BE WITHOUT A HOME. Do not bring your pets here if you can avoid it. chances are she will make another mistake and another animal will be injured and another tech will take the fall for her stupidity.
Was SO happy to be referred to Dr. Franklin. Had the “dental special” done in both of our dogs and she did a lot of extra work to make sure my babies were healthy! It’s really nice to have someone we can count on who really cares about our pets.
We really miss Zoey. She was loved so much and it's hard coming home and not seeing her wagging tail greeting you everyday. We want to thank Dr. Franklin and her staff at "Your Pals" Pet Hospital for showing so much compassion and love for our Zoey to the very end. We will never forget your kindness and look forward to seeing you again if another dog comes into our lives.
Daphne and I had an awesome visit to Your Pals Pet Hospital this morning for her annual exam and her Lepto vaccine. She was still a bit wary (more than usual) of people after Wednesday night's drama and trauma, but she met some new friends in spite of herself. The staff was great. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. The Vet was friendly, knowledgeable and even taught me a few things that will save me money. We got free treats and even a free dose of flea and tick medicine.
