Feels like this practice puts money before care. I just called to ask if a copy of my referral could be emailed through (the practice I gave it to misplaced it), and I am being charged for a full appointment, just to have a COPY of the referral sent through. Appalling. Then there’s the appointment. I booked a 15min time slot and the doctors don’t keep watch of time for you - no warning that your time is up. Was desperate to find a GP for my one month old daughter and stumbled upon this practice. Really professional , caring and considerate. The Nurse ( I believe her name was Nicole) was exceptional in giving advice to my wife and taking the time to listen to us. Doc was great and thorough too. Will be coming back here in the future for all of us I think!
