I hired the service for my mom who needs help. I went with a local business to help them. Had issues with the first caregiver staying for the allotted time and showing up. It was a good thing I had put a camera on the front door to document them not showing up and leaving early. Reached out to owner Gina and explained concerns. Was assured she would look into it. My Mother has come to this company 3 months ago. She has an excellent caregiver Ruth who has been with her one month, She takes such great care of her. She is very kind, professional, compassionate and caring to my Mother which I am very great full. Ruth baths my mother makes her great meals and exercises her arms and legs does laundry goes to the store for her and keeps her motivated to keep her spirts high.
