I have been using this company since about 2000 for my refill ink cartridges. The product doesn't look recycled at all. The cartridges are professionally filled and packaged and each has been tested before sale. In all of those years, I only got one defective cartridge and I returned it for another one, no questions asked. I find the people friendly and professional. The prices are extremely cost-effective compared to buying a new one in a store or online.
