This rental is not in good condition, which is a shame. The location is good but this place is in bad need of so many repairs. The owner doesn't seem to care about the upkeep unfortunately. Honestly, I'm befuddled by the number of 5 star reviews of this place...either people have low standards or these reviews are as fake as the pictures of this property!
We rented "Your Own B&B" to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday with our family and friends. There were about twenty of us over a three day weekend and the place was perfect for us! This group has come together in other locations and this was the most comfortable, especially with each room having its own bathroom. We rented 4 Seasons Getaways “Your Own B&B” property in Stephentown NY for my best friend's bachelor party. There were twenty people in the group, and it was perfect for us! We all had our own bed, and only had to share a bathroom with one other person. The property had plenty of yard space for us to set up multiple yard games, while others swam in the pool or played volleyball on the court. There was something for everyone to do! We rented this place as a home base for our ultimate frisbee program's retreat. It was an economical choice for us - the room setup (most if not all rooms had their own bathroom), common space away from the rooms, a number of indoor and outdoor activities and spaces to meet, relax, and bond as a team was perfect for our group. Unfortunately the weather wasn't amazing so we didn't get to fully enjoy the outdoor amenities, but we did still get in some quality pool and hot tub time.
