I had a trade-in that was a bit different from the usual, and while we couldn’t quite get to the number I needed — which was disappointing — the overall experience was still very good. Andrew worked with me, did his best, and was upfront the whole way through. No mucking around, just straight, fair, and professional. Even though the deal didn’t come together this time, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. In future, I’d start with these guys first. Andrew is a good operator and he’s backed by a solid team.
