Can only speak from my experience. Hopefully just a one off but bought the car interstate. Was told the car was in perfect condition, nothing wrong at all and good to go. Asked to arrange a PPI but was convinced not too as they could provide one (first red flag and big mistake on my behalf) anyway got the car delivered to Sydney which was about an hour and a half drive from my house.
