I just want to say that me and my partner purchased our little Old English bulldog on Sunday and unfortinantly he was a little sick due to puppies low immune systems and the recent weather In our area. MARK WAS PHENOMENAL. He called me to reassure me everything was taken care of , "Bruce" received medical care at no expence to us and mark has a health guarantee that we would not have recieved most other places. And I really appreciate the time he took to make sure that everything was take care of!!!!
I had the BEST experience at Your New Puppy! It took us about 4 months to decide on the perfect dog for our family and the staff at Your New Puppy were always very patient with us no matter how many times we came in to look at puppies before finally deciding on one. Our puppy ended up getting sick just a week after we brought him home (no fault of the store at all). Our vet was unable to give us a good diagnosis and we were at a loss as to how to help him. We absolutely LOVE Your New Puppy! The owner is a man of integrity and the employees truly care about the dogs. The employees help you find the perfect puppy match for your family. We own 2 dogs from Your New Puppy and they are fantastic additions to our family. My friend is a Vet and he said the dogs were in excellent health. We are grateful to Your New Puppy for our two wonderful puppies!!

I read about your stores wondering where the puppies came from - hoping you're not supporting puppy mills. Ohio is a huge puppy mill state and I hope the parents of your lovely puppies are in nice, clean homes with food, clean water and a soft bed.
