Wayne and Sam were so friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again. He also informed me about the new legislation about Nest heating control which I was unaware about. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. My radiators were checked too. I was informed via text that Wayne was on his way. Everything was perfect.

We hired Wayne for our annual boiler and hot water tank service, and he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He arrived right on time, was very professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He patiently answered all my questions, detailing what the servicing involves, why it’s important, and how the process works — it was very informative. Great service! Wayne arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and completed a list of tasks swiftly and efficiently: - boiler service - installation of a Hive thermostat etc. - bleeding of radiators - removal of old clock and thermostat from previous boiler (previous to the one currently installed). Left everything clean and tidy and gave great advice on next steps. Reasonably priced and would definitely recommend - I will certainly be using again! Thank you Wayne!
