I've been seeing Dr. Lane for a few months and I've been very pleased with her understanding, analysis and insights. I brought my partner in for some sessions and she was equally in attention and showed no boss, which I can't say about other therapists or counselors I've seen. I'm so pleased to have found Dr. Lane and I highly recommend her.
Terrible service. The receptionist was so rude, yelling over the phone, everybody around me could hear her. Loretta should be fired! They clearly do not know how to handle people, even more so people with mental health problems! Go somewhere else!! If I could leave zero stars I would!
