I originally gave a 5 star that I can’t delete. While he started my custody case off on a good foot it turned out he didn’t file a very important part and when I went back to court it was thankfully found before it screwed me over. At least six after asking to file a name change he started it but never finished it. He didn’t publish it in the paper like he was supposed too. After sitting for over a month I finished it myself.
If I could give him 0 stars I would. My husband and I have trying to get divorced for over a year!!! And it’s a simple divorce that we are both agreeing to… I guess I figured out what the C. stands for - CROOK! Next step is to call the state bar. Please people, stay away from him or anyone relayed with his office. I would never want anyone else to go through this. After he got the money he stopped taking my calls.he didn’t even show up to the court hearing.he ripped me off.been over 6 months and he still hasn’t returned my original documents despite several promises..save your time and money don’t deal with this guy
In the midst of a custody I was referred to Daniel’s office, without hesitation he took on my case and has fought tooth and nail for what’s best for the child. He has made life easier and refreshing with his help and taking such initiative into my case. Seriously, dont waste your time on this one, especially in regard to family law/custody case. All he did was take my money and get me nowhere even though the TPO that was never served to me still continued on in my court case. Then he wanted me to drop him more money at an hourly rate telling me "Josie we need to squash this TPO...." when he told me that from the get go several months before. I would not recommend this guy to anyone trying to get their children back.
