Ken is AMAZING!! Very accommodating. He is reliable and efficient. He is more than reasonable. He has a great personality. It's like we've been friends for years. I highly recommend him over anyone else.
While I was driving the wrench light came on and my car seem to slow down and jerked when I tried to accelerate. I was in Pullman, WA and pulled over, wasn't sure if it was safe to drive. I looked up a few auto shops and they were all backed up and booked through the up coming week. My son drove to Pullman for a game and when he got to town his car would die every time he took his foot off the gas. Mom googled and I found Ken. He met up with my son within an hour, bought the ready switch needed and installed for a decent service fee. I would recommend him to anyone. College kids look him up if you have car issues.
Doesn’t respond and says he’ll come tomorrow
I got a flat tire in Spokane south hill and had my foster kiddo with me, I couldn't get ahold of anyone and no cash on me, Ken offered to come to me even though he was 45 mins away and help me out! Very good bedside manners, quick and efficient. I was on the road to the tire store in no time! I'm Soo very thankful for him and would recommend him to anyone! If you need mechanic help in a pinch he's your guy!
