I was there last year for my annual physical and everything is really good. So I continue this year. And after my visit, my insurance company say the doctor is now out of network and the clinic ask me to pay the full amount of the annual physical visit. The doctor herself is amazing. I really liked her. Caring, attentive, thorough. The staff however is quite disorganized and lack communication skills. I came for my first appt as a physical. They checked me in, never asked for co-pay. At the end of my visit, Doctor said she wanted to see me in two weeks and go over results and follow-up on procedure. I have been coming to Dr. Mary’s for about 2 years on and off. The scheduling of appointments are seamless, a beautiful and kind welcome from the staff every Friday-the patient care from each nursing student (especially Hanifa 😉) to Dr. Mary’s approach are all patient centered and emotionally safe. I love how the staff are predominantly women of color, it’s beautiful and powerful to see and experience. 🙏🏼❤️
