I was there last year for my annual physical and everything is really good. So I continue this year. And after my visit, my insurance company say the doctor is now out of network and the clinic ask me to pay the full amount of the annual physical visit. Then I call the clinic trying to ask why they become out of network without letting me know and they just say call the billing department which is a third party without listening to what I am trying to say.
