I adored revisiting my training with Paula a year on, it's amazing how much more sinks in the second time through. My confidence in applying the assessments during my massage sessions and then implementing the remedies had been much smoother and natural.
This is my second time doing Paula's course of Chapman's Reflex. I love how personable Paula is and her knowledge is enlightening and encouraging. Not only have I used it on nearly every client since but the benefits I received during the workshop weekend was amazing. I am 6 mths into a frozen shoulder with constant pain in my upper arm/ shoulder and a very limited internal shoulder rotation.
