Last week I was in a rush and fell quite awkwardly down our front steps onto a rock walkway...the various "contortions" that I perceived my body to manage during this fall made me feel as though I surely must have broken something or sprained an ankle at the very least. Catherine has upped my dynamic aging game and with some simple movement habit changes, the pain in my knees disappeared when going up and down stairs. Also shifted my mindset from exercise to moving as a key to aging well.
