This has been long due since 2022 and I am sharing my terrible experience on how I was dealt with when applying for mortgage. I submitted all my documents prior and applied for mortgage when the prime rate was at 3.7%. Each time I contacted Devin, he replied by saying everything is approved and its close to the prime rate. Never mentioned the rate to me. He kept sliding away from answering the rate. Then once the house was finalized, I got back to him about the rate and he again asked for further documents.
