My husband is on hospice and has severe back problems which make sleeping in a hospital bed or any bed a real challenge. Fortunately we were able to find a recliner at Jeffrey Scott's wonderful store that allows him to sleep in his chair. The shop has a nice selection of walkers and wheelchairs. What sets this DME provider apart is the excellent customer service and kindness. Jeff, the owner of the shop is friendly, well-informed, and makes suggestions based on the customer's needs. During a visit to purchase a transport chair, the person driving an individual I was helping locked her keys in her car. Friendly, professional….very impressed!
Today I needed a repair to a walker that allows me to get around. I called Jeff and he said that he could not guarantee it could be done today but bring it down so he could take a look. He fixed it in no time and charged only a little fee. More than that, I have my walker so I can get around for the holidays. Thank you so much, Jeff!
Jeff was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us explaining the differences between the various electric wheel chairs. We also bought an electric recliner. Jeff delivered it to the house and went over both products. I would highly recommend Your Mobility if you are in the market for a wheelchair or a chair. Jeff will steer you in the right direction.
