My husband is on hospice and has severe back problems which make sleeping in a hospital bed or any bed a real challenge. Fortunately we were able to find a recliner at Jeffrey Scott's wonderful store that allows him to sleep in his chair. The shop has a nice selection of walkers and wheelchairs. What sets this DME provider apart is the excellent customer service and kindness. Jeff, the owner of the shop is friendly, well-informed, and makes suggestions based on the customer's needs. Friendly, professional….very impressed!
Today I needed a repair to a walker that allows me to get around. I called Jeff and he said that he could not guarantee it could be done today but bring it down so he could take a look. He fixed it in no time and charged only a little fee. More than that, I have my walker so I can get around for the holidays. Thank you so much, Jeff!
