They do not disclose that they are not whom you ate calling. As a result you wind uo telling them sensitive info you would not otherwise share. I feel this is a violation of privacy. When I reached out to them to express concerns the owner was very cold and uncaring. She only said that she had signed hippa papers on file but when I asked how well they screened employees she shut down all conversation.... When I suggested revealing to people who they are she refused saying she "couldn't" change. BE WARNED!!
