Well... so many bad reviews here. it doesnt surprise me. I called to discuss a concern regarding a service I had requested but did not receive a response. During the call, the representative interrupted me, stating, “I can’t help you! Do you want to wait?” in a very rude manner, which felt like an attempt to dismiss my request. Additionally, she put me on hold abruptly, and before doing so, I could hear her take a deep breath, which clearly indicated her frustration. AVOID !!! Incompetent and neglectful of the basic duties of strata management. Can’t be bothered to make a list of all our issues. Just AVOID
Service was non existent, logged a pretty simple request to have a hazardous area looked at. A plumber was sent there was no leak, but the area needed to be cleaned up in the parking area in September 2023, it is March 2024 & still hasn't been resolved after multiple follow up emails & calls. Very difficult to even get a call back.
Their service is below par, responses to queries are non existent. If you want a trustworthy strata management company do not go with Your Local Strata, I can't stress it enough. Tony Irvine is belligerent and confrontational when queried. I'm unsure if this is intentional or if he in fact does not know how to provide decent, quality service to both the Owners Corporation or the residents. Please for the love of baby Jesus do not consider them to manage your Strata.
