Helpful owner, took the time to access the issues my father in law (John) was having with his chlorinator. Suggested trying the fuse which he gave to us for free as a starting point. Advice was spot on and saved us a lot of money and additional running around. Highly recommend this pool shop to anyone on the coast with a pool. Much appreciated!!!!!!!

Cartridge hasn't been cleaned for how ever long. Pump broke as a result. Issues have been going on for months but always gave them benefit of the doubt. Told Todd I wouldn't be using them anymore, as I wasn't sure the pool was being looked after very well. Response I got was 'thanks for the feedback'. Interesting response from a business. Not sure they even really care.
