Outstanding customer service! We hired Steve and his guys to do a new sewer connection on our house in Beeton and leaned heavily on Flotecs expertise to see us through the whole project. After many delays due to external surcumstances they happily took on the job, beating out the competition on price, and seeing it through with superb quality. I have met Chris from Flotec Plumbing by pure fate(at workplace holiday event ) and his partner Steven and Chris has been wonderful! When Chris and I have met, he has mentioned his occupation and I told him had some issues with my sink for few month now and it is finally fixed thanks to Chris and Steven. He even manage to fix the ceiling fan while he was here as a bonus. There are several more things for us to fix and I am going to welcome him back into our house very soon :) Thank you so much! Ayah
