they completely no showed on my parents’ appointment. I called and spoke with Sarah, but when I asked about when they’re coming she didn’t even say anything and instead transferred me to voicemail. An hour after the scheduled appointment time and we still never heard from anyone. Incredibly rude and unprofessional
